This trip was Monday, and involved driving down to St Just. But a trip into Geevor Deep Adit  was a rare opportunity.

We climbed down 300 feet of fixed ladders in Victory Shaft to reach the adit here.

Descending slightly lower the adit takes all of the outflow from the mine, here is a plank way over the water and roof packs supported by steel.
