Custom written software is subject to individual quotation. A serious undertaking would require some sort of written agreement between us for mutual protection. Also, I must have a telephone contact who fully conversant with your exact requirements and is prepared to accept a lot of calls. The final specification would have to be contractually agreed. The final deployment of custom software (Excluding custom versions of our "off the shelf" products) will include an un-compiled (mdb) version of the application, and full documentation. The documentation will include an introduction, table of contents, general description of the applications architecture, table relationships, query relationships, and source code. Obviously, this is necessary in the event that the developer gets struck by lightening or something, and the user requires modification by another developer.

Off the shelf applications are available at the price indicated for single PC. Local network version extra as indicated. Any software product may be modified to a users specification for an extra charge. However, for serious modifications, I must warn you, expect the price to double or even treble.

It is impossible to give any exact pricing for the development of a true "one off", however we only charge for time we spend on the development. A simple solution could be developed for as little £500. A sophisticated application could cost as much as £5000. However, we have many off the shelf which could be modified to suit a user at a reasonable cost. The thing to do is ASK.
